Sypar aims to be more than a company. Our vision encompasses the creation of the «Sypar Community», which will include the «Sypar Talents», the «Sypar Research Fellows», the «Sypar External Advisory Committee», our strategic partners, collaborators and followers. Our community will be able to interact through our social networks, blogs and groups created for this purpose.
Strategic Partnerships & other collaborations
We are willing to close strategic partnerships & other types of collaborations with other organizations in the Web 3.0 & Web 4.0 ecosystem (at national and international level). Sypar aims to explore opportunities for joint marketing initiatives, co-hosted events, and cross-promotion, and work with other organizations to develop new solutions, research, and best practices for the tech industry.
Talents
«Sypar Talents» will be made up of the most talented young people in the tech area, whether in the law, economics or other technical areas. «Sypar Talents» will have the opportunity to collaborate with Sypar in organizing events and other initiatives that can contribute to the ecosystem, including in terms of research. Every year a number (to be defined, depending on the circumstances and context of the moment) of «Sypar Talents» will be selected to undertake a summer internship at Sypar with the possibility of being hired. Additionally, we will also make our contact network available so that our talents can find the workplace that best suits their qualities.
Research Fellows
«Sypar Research Fellows» will be all those who closely follow Sypar's activities and who intend to contribute, whether by participating in the organization of events, collective research projects or in other initiatives of value to the tech ecosystem. We intend to organize an annual congress with all our research fellows with a view to defining new research needs and goals.
External Advisory Committe
The «Sypar External Advisory Committee» will be made up of well-known and influential names in the tech industry and will act as a kind of advisory board for our strategic matters. It will open doors and contribute to Sypar's strategic access to the industry.
